Coursera offers a course in Dinosaur Paleobiology, amazingly titled "Dino 101" and taught by Professor Philip John Currie of the University of Alberta. This class provides "a comprehensive overview of non-avian dinosaurs" from dinosaur anatomy all the way to their extinction.
